Setter Roof and Wall Panels
Panels and roof panels are all manufactured using CNC technology from HDPE which is extremely tough and will not fade in the sun. Platforms are made from birch ply with a bonded phenolic resin coating.

Setter Rope Net
Scramble nets are made from combination steel multicore ropes and are tested to BS EN 1176. Ropes are anchored with welded eye-bolts and intersected with ball fixings.

Timber

Our high quality timber is machine rounded and sealed against rot and infestation. The timber is thoroughly dried and pressure impregnated which protects against insect and fungal attack and prolongs timber life. Machine rounded timbers are guaranteed against the above for 20 years.

Setter Hardware

We use stainless or bright zinc plated, dome headed coach bolts, each recessed into the wood to protect children from scratches and scrapes. Nylock nuts are used and covered with tamper proof protection caps.

Setter Chain

Chains used for swings wobble bridges and ladder have been fully tested to conform with BS EN 1176. Chains are sheradised to prevent corrosion.

Setter Precision

Using computer aided design Setter work to millimetre accuracy ensuring that components fit together on site with ease. Assembly and maintenance instructions are provided for self build projects.

Safer Surfacing

Setter can offer wet pour rubber installed by specialists, loose fill materials, impact absorbing grow through matting or artificial grass with or without an impact absorbing layer. All surfaces comply with BS EN 1177.
