Hook Norton Primary School in Oxfordshire commissioned Setter Play to replace their play area with an exciting new design
They loved the pirate ship theme and so we designed a bespoke play area, packed with adventure- and imagination-play provisions that would provide something for all of their pupils to enjoy
Accompanying the main play area was an adventure trail which loops in a circuit, to challenge their pupils to complete the course without touching the ground
A ‘music room’ of musical instrument panels provides a space which is great fun during play times, but also ties well into outdoor lessons
An outdoor classroom completes the space and provides a sheltered area for outdoor learning, or for resting, reading and socialising together
