The first stage of Springfield Primary School’s EYFS project is completed with two new canopies providing their pupils and teachers with ample room to take lessons and breaktimes outdoors all year round.
The first canopy stretches an enormous 35m, projecting an average of 4m from the building. We also added foam post protectors to the front row, to help cushion any accidental impacts.
The second canopy measures 9.5m x 4m, and is located beside the smaller classroom to provide a space for quiet group work
With stage one of the project completed we are very excited to get stage two, with all the play equipment, underway this summer!
