Hobletts Junior School in Hemel Hempstead asked Setter Play to create an interesting design for their KS2 pupils, that combined some climbing challenges with lots of long logs for simply hanging out and socialising on. We deconstructed our popular Dinosaur Nest climber to remove the three-dimensional tangled logs, leaving just the long perimeter logs, and lots of the clambering logs across the middle. We also added on some balance beams that could double as more benches.
The space is completed with groundworks and new bonded rubber mulch surfacing, which replaces their previous raised planting bed. A huge upgrade to the space, ready for their pupils in September!
